Family Archives | 1902-Present
In late 2024, after turning forty, I began reflecting more deeply on memory, identity, and the ways childhood shapes who we become. This reflection led me to begin researching and scanning my family archives as part of an ongoing photographic and archival project.
Through both my parenting and my photography, I find myself paying close attention to the small, often overlooked moments that form a childhood and the ways we attempt to shape something better for the next generation.
Working between the past and the present, these archives and photographs have become a way of tracing how memory, family, and identity quietly unfold across generations.
